Cancellation Policy Overview
- You may cancel your subscription plan at any time directly from your account settings.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will retain access to premium features until that date.
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or early cancellations during an active billing cycle.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your TradeBeep account
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your cancellation
You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is processed.
Free Trial Cancellation
- If you’re on a free trial, you can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will automatically be charged for the selected subscription plan.
Failed Payments & Auto-Cancellation
- If a subscription payment fails (due to expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we will notify you via email.
- If payment isn’t completed within 7 days, your subscription may be automatically cancelled and downgraded to the free plan.
